JOHNSON, J. This is a probation revocation case. We conclude that the trial court did not abuse its discretion: (1) by considering the
results of a polygraph examination in revoking probation, nor (2) by revoking probation. We also conclude that pursuant to
I.C. § 19-2601(4), the trial court did not have authority to retain jurisdiction in connection with the revocation
of probation, when the attempt to retain jurisdiction came more than five years after the original sentence.
